How can I pay?
If you are looking to pay by credit card, you can complete the whole process online! Simply “sign in” to an existing account, or “create an account”, click on the option you want to purchase, add all of the job details and simply pay with your credit card at the end of the process!
If you instead require an invoice, or if you wish to purchase a multi-posting pack, contact us through email@example.com and one of the team would be happy to help! These credits can then be added to your account, ready for you to use!
When will my Job advert go live?
When you post the advert online, the job will appear within 10-15 minutes, though you will be able to “preview” the role straight away in case there are any changes required.
Want to post a role to go live at a future date? Simply amend the start date of the role while in the job posting form. You can even set an exact time you want the role to go live on that day too.
How long will my Job advert be live for?
Our job adverts are a set length of 30 days and will expire just before midnight on that final day. If you wish to post a role that has an end date sooner than that, you can amend the end date (and time!) when you are in the job posting process.
Can you provide performance details for Jobs advertised?
Once your account is all set up and a job is live, you can go to the “your jobs” tab when you are signed in. this page then shows all current live jobs, the dates that are live, the number of views that have received so far, as well as the number of applications received so far.
If you are looking for performance statistics for jobs no longer live, you can change the filter to show “expired” or “all” jobs to see this detail.
If you have a managed account, you will also be sent a report on a monthly basis, with regular contact from your account manager too.

I have forgotten my password. What do I do?
Click the “forgotten password” link and enter the email address your account is set up under. You should then receive an email within a few minutes. Make sure to check your spam!

Where can I post Press Releases?
Press Releases, Events, and Articles can all be posted free of charge on our news portal, PharmiWeb.com.
Any postings are subject to our review process before being published but will be published within 1 working day.
How can I update my company details or logo?
If you are the Company Management user on the account, once you have signed into your account on recruiter services, you can click to the company management page in the top right, or here. From here, you can control the company profile, company logo, company users, filter questions, and auto-regret messages too.
How do I add a new user to my Company Account?
