Refund policy
“Customer” refers to company or client making a purchase via PharmiWeb.jobs or PharmiWeb.com.
"Products" refer to job posting (single/multi credits), CV Search, Unlimited Access and Featured Campaigns or other promotions.
In agreeing to our Terms and Conditions the Customer accepts that PharmiWeb.jobs and PharmiWeb.com are advertising media and cannot guarantee the level of response to adverts or the number CVs available through our products.
PharmiWeb.com Ltd. shall not be bound by any request from the customer to stop, cancel or suspend a product/account unless such request is
(i) in writing and
(ii) provided to PharmiWeb.Com Ltd before the go-live date or
(iii) is confirmed in writing by PharmiWeb.Com Ltd.
If a payment has been made in error, please contact a sales representative at sale@pharmiweb.com. Please note any refunds are at the managers discretion.
If a product contains an error caused by PharmiWeb.Com Ltd and this detracts from the quality of the service, then provided the Customer gives written notice of the error in the product and before the vacancy expires PharmiWeb.Com Ltd will at its discretion either:
(a) give the customer credit for the cost of the product containing the error; or
(b) publish the product for a second time without charge to the customer.
